Our facilities could be better we got a new kit last season and we are getting a new 1 at the end of the season ready for next season. And our pitch isn’t great, at the start of the season it in good condition but half way through it starts to get pretty bad and we don’t have grounds men to look after it.
Pricing Structure

Each player who plays pays £4 unless you’re a sub or get brought off then its £2 this pays for the referee, the pitch and the balls.
Extent of Partnerships With Other Sectors

They can get 2-3 different funding’s from lottery, non government grants and possibly a private investor.

Government Grants

My football team received a government grant 2 seasons ago as we were really struggling for money and it looked like we were going to fold as a team as we couldn’t afford to pay the referee and pay for the pitches every week and buy new equipment, then we got given a government grant of £1500 and that really did save us as a team.
Non Government Grants

A non-governmental organisation is a legally constituted organisation created by natural or legal person that operates independently from any form of government. The term originated from the united nations and is normally used to refer to organisations that are not a part of the government and are not conventional for-profit business. booyas don't receive non government grants.
Member Loans

Booyas do not receive any member loans because we would rather do fund raiser so everything is profit.
Financial Institution Loans

A financial institution is an institution that provides financial services for its clients or members. Probably the most important financial service provided by financial institutions is acting as financial intermediaries. Most financial institutions are regulated by the government
Membership Subscriptions

This year public budget has 387 million some for payment of membership fees for different organisations. They prefer to pay a membership fee and get the desired information easily and immediately - rather than taking the time to find the information themselves. This makes thing so much easier.
Lottery Funding

Lottery Funding is a joint website run by all Lottery funder's in the UK. booyas like any other Sunday league team can claim lottery funding.
Private Investment

An individual or a company with a substantial amount of money who wants to make money by investing in another company  so for example a pub might buy a team a new kit if they agree after every game they go to the pub for a couple of drinks, so they both feel there getting a good deal.

Most football teams will do fund raisers at the end of each season like fun days to get the community together and build there club funds for new equipment.

The Sport(s) with which each is associated

The FA are also associated with fifa and uefa and all football channels like sky sports, ESPN, BBC and ITV.

Target Groups

The fa's target groups are the premier league, championship, league 1&2, the fa cup and all lower leagues in England.
Standards of Facilities and Services

The Fa's standard of facilities range massively from the top elite teams from man utd who train at carrington with top luxury facilities there is even a bet fair at old Trafford where as teams lower league are struggling for facilities like Bath city who ain't the biggest fan club and don't have the best facilities and are struggling financially.
Pricing Structure

The FA get money through broadcasting, sky sports are the main football channel throughout the football season and they get millions every season through, teams selling season tickets and normal tickets.
Extent of Partnerships With Other Sectors

The Fa are sort of in partnership with UEFA as some team that play in England play in Europe (champions league and Europe league).

Lottery Funding

Through the work of the Football Foundation, football and government funding is used to increase participation in sport, keep our nation healthy, our workforce skilled, our communities safe and our society fair and equal. Since its launch in July 2000 the Foundation has supported 5000 projects worth over £700m.
Private Investment

they do get some private investment mainly through sponsorship like umbro is there main brand.
Donations

The 2006 FA Community Shield sponsored by McDonald’s raised £880,000 and each of the 124 clubs who competed in The FA Cup from the First Round onwards received £5,000 to donate to up to three local charities or community-based projects of their choice.

Within the 3 sporting area they are all kind of linked together because if you’re a football player at whatever standard then you will want to keep fit and fitness first will help you keep fit and they offer a great range of facilities to help you do this, they all help each other out, people who are not lucky enough to make it at the top level normally drop out into lower league teams like Sunday league so people who don’t make it can still carry on playing.
The similarities are there aims, they all want more young people to get involved in football at both levels professional and amateur and keep there teams going, and start new generations, but fitness first and Sunday league are similar because in Sunday league in England its all about how big you are not about the tactical side of the game so people will go to the gym (fitness first) to get bigger and stronger so they fit in more in the league.  Also the fitness first can help teams at the top level as well because if they are coming back from injury this will help them recover but also keep there fitness up.
All of their target groups would be near enough the same. There standards of facilities are all so different from top quality facilities like wembely, then an average local football park.
The difference is that the FA and Sunday league teams both receive government grants and non government grants where as fitness first don't receive either of these.
fitness first give out good member loans to their customers to keep them hooked and keep coming back, where as the FA wont invest money into there own business.
again as fitness first are a private run business they don't receive to much and they don't get lottery funding but the FA do, Through the work of the Football Foundation, football and government funding is used to increase participation in sport, keep our nation healthy, our workforce skilled, our communities safe and our society fair and equal. Since its launch in July 2000 the Foundation has supported 5000 projects worth over £700m.
All 3 company's receive private investment, the fa in England get it though different brands in clothes mainly umbro. where as Sunday league teams normally get in associate with pubs and sort deals out from there like if they sponsor you with a kit after every game your team will go back there for a drink.
Both the FA and Sunday league receive donations the fa mainly get them through the community shield when in 2006 they raised over £880,000 then all the 124 teams that entered from the start had £5,000 each to give to a charity of there choice. sunday league team like to do fund raisers to try and get abit of monet for there team for new kit ect.
Fitness first doesn’t receive donations but if you’ve entered the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile, you’re entitled to a free three day guest pass. All you need to do is take your pass into your nearest club along with your unique Miler number (which will be in your Sponsorship Kit sent to you by Sport Relief). We’ll even donate £1 to Sport Relief for every pass redeemed. An ideal way to get Mile ready

Your 3 proformas have been completed to a good standard with lots of detail added. To complete the essay I suggest printing out these worksheets and having them side by side to compare. Simplly break the essay down into firstly 2 sections (objectives and funding) then further into the similarities and differences in these sections. Just compare the 3 sectors and explain to me which sectors have similarities and which have differences.

    Regards
